Grape: Cannonau 100% without American rootstock

Vineyard altitude: 150 meter from sea level
Vineyard exposure: South
Vineyard yield: 40 Q./He
Type of soil: Sandy, granitic rocks.
Type of harvest: Hand picked in the first week of October.
Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes, 20 days maceration on the skin. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks without temperature control. Malolactic fermentation not induced.
Aging: 16 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks, 2 months in the bottle.
Tasting Notes: lntense ruby red color with garnet reflections, vivid and clear. The nose is rich with ripe red fruits and earthy characteristics. Palate is persistent, with thick tannins and crisp fruits.
