Tasting Note: This sparkling rosé captivates with a lovely pink color and brilliant highlights. The nose is subtle yet inviting, revealing the freshness and fruity bouquet of Cabernet Franc—notes of red berries, strawberries, and cherries. On the palate, it opens with a lively impression, followed by a well-balanced and elegant structure. The finish is long, refined, and delightfully persistent.

Location: Produced from the Saumur vineyards, spread across over 800 hectares on the south bank of the Loire River, this Crémant embodies the essence of the Loire Valley’s winemaking heritage.

Terroir: Grapes are carefully sourced from selected clay-limestone, tufa chalk, and shale soils south of the Saumur area. Ageing in tufa chalk cellars enhances the wine’s freshness, finesse, and elegant bead.

In the Vineyard: Grapes are handpicked to ensure optimal ripeness and preservation of delicate aromas.

Vinification: After light pressing, grapes undergo cool fermentation at 18°C to retain aromatic purity. The wine then undergoes a traditional second fermentation in the bottle (Méthode Traditionnelle), producing fine, persistent bubbles.

Ageing: Bottles rest on racks in tufa chalk cellars for a minimum of 18–24 months, allowing the sparkling rosé to develop an elegant structure and refined effervescence.

Serving: Best served chilled.

Food Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif, this rosé also pairs beautifully with starters, light desserts, or fruit-based dishes such as chocolate pie, cheesecake, or fresh fruit salad.
