Winemaking
Grapes are carefully harvested, crushed, and pressed to preserve intense aromas and fruit purity. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to retain freshness and varietal character. The wine is blended from select vineyards across the Waihopai, Awatere, and Rapaura subregions, then stabilised and bottled early to maintain vibrancy.
Tasting Notes
Pale green in colour with an aromatic nose of citrus, passionfruit, and tropical fruits. The palate is juicy and crisp, showing ripe tropical fruit and subtle herbaceous notes, balanced by zesty acidity, a touch of minerality, and a clean, dry finish.
