Harvest 2019 is a celebration of the grains we gatheredthat year. Mild weather and summer rain meant the ryewe harvested in 2019 was brighter and more delicatethan previous years. It makes a whisky that tastes of earlysummer: fresh, floral and full of flavour.

Roses and herbs with fresh ginger, apricot
and a little butter.
THE TASTE
Refreshing herbs and delicate summer
fruits, soft pastries: brioche bun, cream and
warming apple crumble.
THE FINISH
A pinch of white pepper and fresh thyme.
