Description: After a nice and rainy spring, drought during the summer. Mid august 18mm rains were welcome to allow grapes full maturation and to provide vines some relief.
Tasting Note: A soft, light rosé color with a stream of fine, sparkling bubbles. The nose offers fresh aromas of small red fruits, like wild strawberries and raspberries, giving a vibrant and inviting character. On the palate, the well-integrated acidity provides a refreshing balance, enhancing the fruit flavors and adding a crisp, clean finish. This wine is both elegant and lively, making it perfect for any occasion.
Harvest: manual harvest
Winemaking method: Beaujolais at low temperatures between 21° and 25°, indigenious yeast
Analysis: 12°, less than 70mg SO2 total, natural wine
