Winemaking
Produced using grapes from some of the best crus in Champagne, this traditional Brut is aged for a minimum of three years in Abelé’s historic underground chalk cellars. These ideal conditions—cool, dark, and naturally temperature-controlled—allow the wine to develop finesse, complexity, and balance before release.
