A tiny 500 case production from the amphitheatre of Saint Christophe des Bardes, famous for the mythical Troplong Mondot. The Artigue brothers tend to their soils and vines by hand and craft their wonderful wines. They have an organically certified property in Bordeaux and they run Galeteau in this way without striving for Certification.
An approachable Saint Emilion with some fresh notes of dark fruits plums, blackcur rant and blackberries. Dark chocolate on the palate shows that the tannins are well-balanced and the finish is long and satisfying. Pair with Roasted poultry (duck breast, roast chicken).
