Description: After a nice and rainy spring, drought during the summer. Mid august 18mm rains were welcome to allow grapes full maturation and to provide vines some relief.

Light rosé colour, sparkling bubbles. Fresh, small red fruits aromas, well-integrated acidity.

Harvest: manual harvest

Winemaking method: Beaujolais at low temperatures between 21° and 25°, indigenious yeast

Analysis: 12°, less than 70mg SO2 total, natural wine
