Vinification
• Careful manual selection of clusters .
• Pneumatic pressing system .
• Fermentation through selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, ranging 57 °F (14 °C) .
• No oak or Malolactic Fermentation.
Tasting Notes
This rosé is a beautiful pale salmon color, with intense aromas of cherry, morello cherry, flowers, and herbs. It's dry yet fruity, with a refreshing acidity on the finish. The wine is easy to drink, with a silky texture and a fresh, balanced mouthfeel. Overall, it's a delightful wine that's perfect for any occasion.
