Vinification
• Careful manual selection of clusters .
• Pneumatic pressing system .
• Fermentation through selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, ranging 57 °F (14 °C) .
• No oak or Malolactic Fermentation.
Tasting Notes
An enchanting pale salmon color .
Intense aromas of cherry and morello cherry, floral and herbaceous .
Dry yet fruity with some crunchy acidity on the finish, this is an easy drinking rose with a silky texture and very fresh and balanced on the mouth.
